st3p offers premium mirror / inspired footwear made with high-quality materials. Product images are for display purposes only. Slight color variations may occur. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EGP and may change without notice. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Egypt. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed by phone. A deposit may be required to confirm your order, which will be deducted from the total amount upon delivery.
st3p reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect details, unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Shipping
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on location. Shipping fees may apply.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Intellectual Property
All website content, including images and text, belongs to st3p and may not be used without permission.

Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders and improve service.
